Refund and Returns Policy – RedBoxStore
At RedBoxStore, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, our refund and returns policy explains your options and how to proceed.
Returns
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Certain health and personal care items
Partial Refunds
In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Items showing signs of use
- Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, or vinyl records
- Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take time for refunds to be officially posted.
- Contact your bank for any processing delays.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@redboxstore.net for instructions.
Gifts
If the item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
To return a product, please mail it to our return center.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For expensive or high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
